1. Preheat oven to 200°C 392°F
2 Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3 Bring the spinach to a boil spinach and let it cool down.
4 Place a bowl and a Towel and Squeeze all the moisture from the cooked spinach.
5 add 4 eggs into the spinach and use a spoon for incorporating it well.
6 add 300gr 1.5 cups of grated cheese
7 Spread this mixture over the baking tray.
8 and bake it for 10-15 mins
9 like a regular biscuit roll we have not much time place a towel and add the baking paper + the roll and roll it up. you see it steams but we will get the roll shape otherwise we are latter not able to rolled it when its completely cooled.
10 Leave the roulade to cool for 1 h. Filling
11 For the filling weg add the cream cheese and spread it evenly I try to make a thin layer of cream cheese i don’t want that roulade so wet
12 now we top some salmon you can go with cheese or ham if you want to.
13 roll it back into a roll and serve , – ok that’s simply it my friends!
