  •  ziplock bag
  • 250gr of meat. I choosed pork
  • 100gr of melted butter
  • an onion,
  • some herbs
  • 1 lemon.
 
  1. take the ziplock bag put in the meat and pour in all ingredients and then mix it. let the mixture chill for 15 min in the fridge.
  2. fry it in the pan or bake it in the oven like i do (200° 15 min)
