fried_egg_saladScrambled eggs in a salad – whuaaaat? Yah it’s great! I had this dish when I was 10 years old. My good old friend showed me that. Yah we were young and our parents worked, so we learned pretty soon to cook 🙂 I think it’s no harm 🙂 ok it’s not real cooking but we knew to fry eggs and we knew to prepare a salad! So after 18years I’m still eating it and I’ll never want to miss it again! Enjoy my childhood recipe.

Ingredients

  • rucola
  • tomatoes
  • radish
  • 2 eggs
  • chives
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar ( I prefer walnut vinegar or balsamic)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  1. prepare the salad
  2. fry the eggs
  3. add the oil-vinegar-mustard mixture

and we’re done!
