French Vinaigrette

Oh la la! Today I’ll show you a very easy to make low carb meal –  French style 🙂

All you need are these ingredients:

  • 1 lettuce
  • 250gr chicken filet
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Fry the chicken for 10 to 15 min and then mix it lettuche, tomatoes and cucumber. Put on the salad sauce and … your’re done! It’s that easy!
