LOW CARB Brownie Cake

- 240 gr almond flour
- 9 tbsp stevia powder
- 30gr protein powder
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder ( unsweetened)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 180gr curd
- 3 large Eggs
- 10 drops stevia extract
- 250ml heavy cream
- 15 drops red gel food coloring (or 1 tbsp liquid food coloring)
preheat the oven to 190°C In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, stevia, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt, breaking up any lumps with the back of a fork.
- Set aside. In a large bowl, beat curd and add eggs, stevia and beat until just combined.
- Add half of almond flour mixture and beat until combined, then beat in heavy cream. Beat in remaining flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Add food coloring and mix until color is uniform.
Spoon batter into a baking pan. Bake the cake for 18 to 2o minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
