Today we’ll make an Low-Carb Asian Egg roll in a bowl. This is actually the egg roll filling from my Mommy. It’s super easy to make, super healthy and suuuuper delicious. You will love this.

As a filipina I’ve missed Spring rolls or Eggrolls. You know I was thinking a lot how to turn this rice paper into low carb… still thinking, but what makes it really tasty is the filling. So why not just enjoy the filling? Duhhh I know it’s so obvious 😀 But it’s a great hack, like leaving out the buns when you are at Burger King. So pls enjoy the Video & of course the recipe.

  1. 1. we need a pan and turn on the oven on high heat. I use here coconut oil. it has a great light Asian taste. 2. next I use a mortar and add chilies garlic and chopped onions and beat it 3. add the mix to the hot pan 4. add minced meat and fry 5. add gluten free soy sauce
  2. 6. add paprika, tomatoes and carrots
  3. 7. for the last few min I add mung beans 8. add some fresh cilantro or Thai basil or other great herbs be creative. 9. and et voila! wonderful quick dish and super delish
