So this is my third week of making meal prep and I want to share my experience with you.
I watched some videos where I only got 2 recipes for the week like chicken, cauliflower rice and some broccoli, for me and my bf it is really boring just to eat 2 meals in a week, I definitely need some variety or otherwise I am the first on who is in my fridge and look out for snacks or other foods, which gain faster weight than you wish.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=“https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sQ40rgk74s“][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

  • 1 Paprika
  • Knorr Chicken Paprika Mix (you can user any mix)
  • Water for the mix
  • broccoli & fresh cut lettuce for side dish

Anleitungen

  • cut 1 paprika into fine stripes
  • add the paprikas into the pan
  • add water and the powder mix
  • serve! I here also add broccoli and fresh cut lettuce and chiccoree

  • Maggi Salmon Mix
  • 2 Hands full fresh spinach
  • 2 Carrots

Anleitungen

  • I add in a higher mixing bowl water and the mix
  • Add it and bake it for 30min on 200°
  • serve it ** I add fresh baby spinach, carrot zoodles **to make the noodles i use the water of the broccoli its still hot but nout cooking and use a peeler for getting these thin noodles

  • 200gr Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • water
  • Knorr Risotto Mix

Anleitungen

  • and here is it again my nicer dice lets cut half a pack of mushrooms you can also take one in a can
  • cut 1 mini cauliflower it should be a portions for 2 if you take 1 regular size cut it in half
  • break out the florets into smaller pieces
  • blend in a blender you can also chop it smaller if you don’t have a blender
  • lets fry the mushrooms with good olive oil, add water and the mix and the cauliflower rice and let it simmer for 20min
  • serve, I add this time some spinach with more mushrooms and fresh chopped lettuce

  • 1 Leek
  • 150gr minced meat
  • 150gr yogurt
  • Knorr Mix
  • water for the mix
  • broccoli & fresh cut lettuce

Anleitungen

  • cut leek I use here from slicer from genius which is the nice dicer, hahah since I got this I hate cutting
  • next add gold olive oil and add minced meat and fry it
  • I separate the meat beach the other half of this meat is for the chili so I add it in the crock pot
  • add leek
  • add water
  • and the mix you can fully go with another mix, I just start with mela prep so these packs are a good help for me
  • let it simmer and add a cup of yoghurt
  • and add it to your container
  • et voila for the sides I added broccoli and some fresh cut salad without dressing or salt, i add this fresh
