Meal Prepping For The Week 5 LowCarb Dinner Recipes, LC,SF,GF

So this is my third week of making meal prep and I want to share my experience with you.
I watched some videos where I only got 2 recipes for the week like chicken, cauliflower rice and some broccoli, for me and my bf it is really boring just to eat 2 meals in a week, I definitely need some variety or otherwise I am the first on who is in my fridge and look out for snacks or other foods, which gain faster weight than you wish.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_video link=“https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sQ40rgk74s“][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

** I add fresh baby spinach, carrot zoodles
**to make the noodles i use the water of the broccoli its still hot but nout cooking and use a peeler for getting these thin noodles
cut leek I use here from slicer from genius which is the nice dicer, hahah since I got this I hate cutting
next add gold olive oil and add minced meat and fry it
I separate the meat beach the other half of this meat is for the chili so I add it in the crock pot
add leek
add water
and the mix you can fully go with another mix, I just start with mela prep so these packs are a good help for me
let it simmer and add a cup of yoghurt
and add it to your container
et voila for the sides I added broccoli and some fresh cut salad without dressing or salt, i add this fresh
