and here is it again my nicer dice lets cut half a pack of mushrooms you can also take one in a can
cut 1 mini cauliflower it should be a portions for 2 if you take 1 regular size cut it in half
break out the florets into smaller pieces
blend in a blender you can also chop it smaller if you don’t have a blender
lets fry the mushrooms with good olive oil, add water and the mix and the cauliflower rice and let it simmer for 20min
serve, I add this time some spinach with more mushrooms and fresh chopped lettuce
