Mushroom Risotto

  • 200gr Mushrooms
  • 1/2 Cauliflower
  • water
  • Knorr Risotto Mix
  1. and here is it again my nicer dice lets cut half a pack of mushrooms you can also take one in a can
  2. cut 1 mini cauliflower it should be a portions for 2 if you take 1 regular size cut it in half
  3. break out the florets into smaller pieces
  4. blend in a blender you can also chop it smaller if you don’t have a blender
  5. lets fry the mushrooms with good olive oil, add water and the mix and the cauliflower rice and let it simmer for 20min
  6. serve, I add this time some spinach with more mushrooms and fresh chopped lettuce
