You need salami slices the trick to get them crunchy is to bake them on low heat. So place them on a baking tray and bake them on 150°C which is in the US 300°F and bake them for 15-20 min it really depends what kind of oven you have, but you should check it maybe it could take you a bit longer or shorter. and now we let them sit for 30 min and let them completely cool down that it could harden completely.
