When you are down for the last pounds you wanna lose you are ready for phase 3.
The goal is still the same ur body should burn fat instead of carbs.
From phase 2 you know your maximum amount of carbs per day where you still lose weight. Try to go as close as possible to that amount to stabilize your body.
If you reached your goal increase the number of carbs per 10 grams a day until u reached the point where you do not lose or gain any weight.
Keep your goal weight for 1 month and you are ready for phase 4 the lifetime maintenance.
