When you are down for the last pounds you wanna lose you are ready for phase 3.
The goal is still the same ur body should burn fat instade of carbs.
From phase 2 you know your maximum amount of carbs per day where you still lose weight. Try to go as close as possilbe to that amount to stabilize your body.
If your reached your goal increase the amount of carbs per 10 grams a day until u reached the point where you not lose or gain any weight.
Keep your goal weight for 1 month and you are ready for phase 4 the life time maintenance.
