Low Carb Cheeseburger Calzone
  1. fry the meat in a pan
  2. you’ll need 200gr of grated cheese i use here mozzarella and heat it up in the microwave for 2min until its fully melted.
  3. next add 2 eggs and incorporate it into the hot cheese dough. Now comes magic – I add 1 tsp of baking soda into the egg cheese mixture and you’ll see it puffs a bit keep stirring.
  4. Now we add one at a time almond flour I use here 200gr. you can use coconut flour if you want to
  5. roll out the dough with a rolling pin
  6. place the meat onto the dough and top some cheese
  7. fold the sides and close the calzone
  8. bake the calzone on 200°C / 398 F for 20 min
  9. serve
