Sugar Free Lemon Cake

  • 200gr 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 Eggs (separated)
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 200ml 0.8 Cups heavy cream
  • blueberry & chocolate for garnish
  1. 1. separate the egg whites from the yolks
    2. add cream of tartar into the egg whites and beat until stiff peak
    3. mixing the dry ingredients almond flour, and baking soda combine well
    4. add luke warm water just a bit into the yolks it tripples its volume
    5. add yolks into whites and combine with a spatula
    6. add sweetener
    7. add your almond flour one at the time
    8. spread batter onto baking paper
    9. and bake on tray on 150° for 15 min
    10. and cut out the desired shape I use here a cookie cutter
    11. for making the cream I use here 20ml heavy cream added sweeter and lemon juice
    12. top layer for layer and evenly
    13. I’ve topped some blueberries and garnished some melted dark chocolate
