– 1 bottle sugar free eggnog
– donut pan
– 200 gr chocolate
== Directions ==
First You’ll need a donut pan and fill it up with my homemade sugar free Eggnog.
Try to fill it even and then put it into the freezer for at least 5h or better overnight.
Next You’ll need a pot for melting chocolate I use here 90% Lindt chocolates. and additional 85%. the other 90% were out… you need 200gr/ 7 OZ anyways you can go with sugar free chocolate.
and let it cool for 5 min.
while using the 5 min you should prepare a baking sheet for letting the donuts quick dry and a baking pan with hot water not cooking. ok and now You need to be here really quick!
But its absolutely worth it! ok dip the donutpan just only a sec into the warm water so you can easily remove the donuts.
then grab a spatula and it will easily move out. now be quick add it fast into you melted and chilled chocolate and coat it. and let it sit onto the prepared baking sheet to dry complete. that’s it thats the magic. if you ice cream donuts start to melt then just pop it back into the freezer for 30 min. This took me a few times but …. ahhh it’s absolutely yummy!
