This Cake Recipe is da booooomb! It’s creamy, a super light taste of strawberries a spongy crust aaaand super easy to make. I know this recipe takes a lot of waiting time, but if you try to make a crack-free cheesecake you definitely need to be patient. But I’ll promise it’s absolutely worth. Since Tobi and I are pretty focused on our weightloss, I am abdicating all high carby Foods. But I know we were pretty busy so this is our reward for being patient & focused. SugarFree Strawberry Cheesecake

Yaaaz this sugar free strawberry cake is low carb, gluten free and super easy to make. It’s super spongy, creamy and the chocolate chunks make everything round.

  • 200gr 7OZ almond flour
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • sweetener / Honey / Stevia
  • a pinch Cinnamon
  • a pinch of Salt


  • 400gr 15 OZ cream cheese
  • 5 egg yolks
  • sweetener / Honey / Stevia
  • 200ml 6,7 fl OZ Heavy Whipped cream (Frosting)
  • 20gr 0.7 OZ of 90% dark Lindt Chocolate


  • we beat 5 egg whites – and add a pinch of salt, and beat until soft peak
  • we add 200gr almond flour
  • add 1 tbsp baking powder
  • add the egg whites and combine it with a spatula
  • add sweetener
  • and vanilla extract I use here my grinder
  • bake it for 15min on 200°
  • we add 400gr of cream cheese
  • add the egg yolks
  • and I add 5 in a blender mixed with a bit of water Strawberries so I got strawberry juice
  • and combine it well
  • next we’ll add the cream cheese onto the cake
  • top the cake onto aluminum foil
  • and we cook this cake on 160° for 1h
  • let cool down for 1 hour
  • I didn’t add alufoil on top because we’ll frost it
  • for frosting I beat here heavy whip cream
  • spread it evenly and top some dark chocolate on top
