Today we are going to make a lovely minecraft valentines heart cake! yaaaayy!

Today I got my good old friend Thao with me. as you maybe know I work for a gaming company. she was the one who made nerdy and gamie stuff interesting for me. and we both do really love minecraft … I really suck at it – I’m not building a super bikini bottom town – my buildings are more a flatten dungeons. I really recommend you this recipe even though you don’t like minecraft or just love peanutbutter brownie cakes! recipe is below. Have a great Valentines day!
- Cake:
- 240 gr almond flour
- 9 tbsp stevia powder
- 30gr protein powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 180gr curd
- 3 large eggs
- 10 drops stevia extract
- 250ml heavy cream
- 15 drops red gel food coloring (or 1 tbsp liquid food coloring)
- preheat the oven to 190°C In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, stevia, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt, breaking up any lumps with the back of a fork.
- Set aside. In a large bowl, beat curd and add eggs, stevia and beat until just combined.
- Add half of almond flour mixture and beat until combined, then beat in heavy cream. Beat in remaining flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Add food coloring and mix until color is uniform.
- Spoon batter into a baking pan. Bake the cake for 18 to 2o minutes.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
