15 drops red gel food coloring (or 1 tbsp liquid food coloring)
preheat the oven to 190°C In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, stevia, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt, breaking up any lumps with the back of a fork.
Set aside. In a large bowl, beat curd and add eggs, stevia and beat until just combined.
Add half of almond flour mixture and beat until combined, then beat in heavy cream. Beat in remaining flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
Add food coloring and mix until color is uniform.
Spoon batter into a baking pan. Bake the cake for 18 to 2o minutes.
Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
